Player Registration
Please use one form per registrant.
Register by August 15 latest to avoid a $25 per child late fee.
No postdated cheques will be accepted without prior approval.
Note that you will be charged the late fee if registering OR paying after August 16.

Come to one of our two walk in registration nights to hand it in.

Or
avoid lineups and simply drop in the mail to arrive BEFORE August
16. You could also drop off at the arena between 8-4 in an
envelope addressed to minor hockey.
