I would like to thank you and your staff for putting together a wonderful tournament. Everyone we encountered couldn't have been nicer if they tried. I asked one of your staff at our last game if we were the home or visiting team. He replied "You're the visitors but we want you to feel at home." With the current political differences between our governments I didn't know what to expect and was even concerned about wearing a USA tee shirt. Those concerns were quickly put to rest at the opening ceremonies where we were so warmly received. The party for the parents was a very nice touch. This was the first time anything like this has been provided at any tournament we've participated in. I had debated rushing up to make the opening ceremonies and I'm very happy I did. What a wonderful way to welcome the kids. From the comic skaters, to the Mountie leading the kids in, to the Olympic style parade of athletes, it was classy and enjoyable from start to finish. The kids thought it was great. The emotion put into our national anthem put a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. My vote will be to return next year! Again, my thanks and congratulations.

I just wanted to tell you how much my team enjoyed the tournament we all had a wonderful time and want to commend you on what an excellent job you and your volunteers did. We were all made feel very welcome and everyone was extremely friendly to us. We were very impressed with the opening ceremonies the clowns were very funny and the kids were great. It was a great time … We have never been in a tournament that was so well organized. It was fun meeting our American friends. We partied with some of them both nights. I wanted to drop a few lines and express our gratitude and appreciation for the tournament. It was managed very well and we were well taken care of.  The kids enjoyed the experience. We enjoyed our time in Canada and at the tournament. We thank you for doing a thankless but tremendous job in hosting a tournament of this size. I can well imagine the logistical nightmare it posed but you overcame with a smile. We enjoyed the opening ceremony. You also went the extra mile in hosting the hospitality night at the Best Western Hotel Saturday night. That was the icing on the cake. That truly showed the spirit. I must commend all the volunteers that helped out with numerous hours of planning and execution. This tournament will remain in our memory. Thank you for your hospitality and a well run tournament. Much success in future with this tournament.
